"Charming stay"

We really enjoyed our stay, the service was outstanding and the breakfast plenty. Having never stayed in Santiago we thought it was a great location, Brasil was the neighborhood. We felt the place needed some TLC, the original floors creaked and groaned, and were quite slippery especially the stairs. The other comment was the fact they locked the front door from the inside, each time they would let you out! We felt it was unsafe incase their was an issue to get out in a hurry. MAYA was amazing and gave us great guidance and was super friendly.

"Peaceful quiet boutique hotel"

A spacious twin room with comfortable beds. Able to open a window for fresh air. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating staff who showed us our room before we booked in. Breakfast was really good too. Subway was only a block away on the red line to take you to Sky Costenera with fantastic views.

Was close to a dodgy area and wouldnt feel safe walking around late at night.

Aside from the impeccably clean property, the perfect breakfast, comfortable beds and bedding, the staff were extraordinarily helpful and service oriented. Everyone was very friendly. The property is unique and old and close to a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel! It had a lot of charm and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond!
