The hotel is dirty. The staff were rude “you booked on points” and the hotel is a great location so it was packed, and the staff could care less. “It is summer” “we are busy” “no upgrade” even though as Hilton Diamond I booked six months in advance I was given a small room on a low floor and no recognition for status. The property was dirty and uncouth and the pool was ICE cold not useable. The “executive lounge” was a joke. Do not stay here.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bed linnen is really nice. Check out time is noon.

There is a lack of information on how to use the sauna and the pool in regard to changing and dressing. It would have been helpful to know in advance.
