Infinity Hotel San Francisco, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

So many good things about this hotel. The check in staff was so nice, the room was well appointed and very clean. Good walkable neighborhood, easy parking. The list goes on. But.. the walls and floors are paper thin, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. I’m not a light sleeper, I’ll add that. At 4 am, the person above us was walking around in high heels packing to leave, and it sounded like she was in our room. Every room door shutting (within the neighboring 10-15 doors) sounds like it’s your door shutting. If it weren’t for the thin walls and floors we’d be back every time we stay in the city, but sadly this will keep us from coming back.

Front desk was amazing, friendly, professional, helpful. Shout out to Erik and Sam the GM. Excellent hospitality. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Going in the right direction. Cafe next door has the best avocado toast with smoked salmon.

Great place to stay to enjoy what San Francisco. Located in the Marina, it's a very nice, safe, and walkable area. Lots to see nearby and the hotel was very accomodating.

We love this hotel. It's a small hotel with small rooms but they are well equipped, very clean and efficient. All of the staff that we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. There is a rooftop patio where you can see the Palace of Fine Arts and the Golden Gate Bridge. There's also another patio where you can view the cityscape. Great for blue hour photography. I would have gave 5 stars but the mattress was a little lumpy. Location is amazing, lots of restaurants & cafes in the surrounding area. It's an easy walk down to the marina where you can get close up to the bridge and walk around the POFA. We will definitely return.

The location was perfect as it was so central to all the cafes and restaurants and the waterfront. Staff were very accommodating, friendly professional and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner products provided.

As the window faced the corridor and central walkway of the hotel it didn’t feel like you had privacy. However the privacy blind did let in light and was hard to see in from the outside. There is a fault with the shower door where the water always leaks out into the bathroom even with the shower door closed. The staff are aware of the design fault and are always very willing and helpful to give you many towels and bath mats to mop up the water.

Room was small,but well configured.

I've visited before and came back because I really liked the location, the comfort of the rooms.

Rhe gentleman working the front desk on Christmas night was rude to our visitors who were waiting for us in the lobby. The guests above us may have had kids who were heavy stomping but that's not the hotel's fault.

Great location- very conveniently located close to the broad walk, with lots of shops and restaurants near by.

We got a motel experience at a hotel price. There are no outwards facing windows in the rooms; just like in a motel, all the windows are facing the inner hallway, meaning you can hear and see every person walking by your room. Secondly, at ~$200/night, you would expect stuff like water to be complimentary; unfortunately Hilton thinks it's ok to charge $2 for the simplest 300ml water bottle. Lastly, the hotel is very noisy; you know it's going to get loud when the hotel gives you complimentary ear plugs in your room.
