The Inn at Saratoga

Breakfast was very good and good day to day variety.

the staff and restaurant were excellent Our room 112 was a disaster. There were wires from a lamp and air conditioner right across the middle of the wall. There was no closet, only a rod to hang our clothing. The wall paper was peeling off the wall in one area. We couldn't use the exhaust fan or heater in the bathroom because the turn knobs were missing. They did fix our bed light and thank goodness the beds were comfortable. Took pictures to show my family. Stay away from Room 112!.

There was a lot of noise from the street, the room needed a refresh. The windows were filthy. The shower head needed to be de calcified there was a soap scum ring in the tub.

Staff was superb. Reception very friendly and helpful and responsive, maids kept the room near and tidy. Bed very comfortable, liked the sitting room. Loved the front porch.

Breakfast was okay but didn't want to try it more than once. Windows wouldn't open which was frustrating. Wish there was a blanket. Got rather hot.

Location was walkable to downtown area and approximately a mile easy walk to Saratoga race track. Also about 5 min drive to Saratoga Springs State Park breakfast available for a fee and also dinner.

AC in the window. If it ran during the night leaving the drapes open was mandatory. Therefore early morning light would cause an early morning wake up. They need a shade to pull down to the top of the AC so the drape can remain open and with a shade no early morning light would wake up occupants There are no hooks in the bathroom like a number of other hotels lack. So when you change or take a shower there is no place to hang your clothes

Love the little courtyard, the $10 breakfast is great!

We were in room 221 for 3 nights. This room is at the front of the inn and faces the street. It was VERY noisy from the traffic which runs on the busy street in front of the inn. If you stay here, avoid this room or bring earplugs! The downstairs is well cared for. The lounge and sitting room are really lovely and a step back in time. The staff was also very helpful, with one exception. After our first night, we returned to our room. The bed was made but that was about it. The used towels which we had left neatly folded on the floor and the trash were still there. The tip we left for housekeeping wasn’t! The room was generally quite clean but there was about 3 years of calcification on the shower head a soap scum ring in the tub and the outside of the windows have not been cleaned since before Covid? One small thing that makes a big difference to the feel of the room was the curtains. Several of the hooks had become separated from the rods. It just looks and feels like you’re staying in a cheap motel when little details like this are ignored. The breakfast is a good deal. Very nicely done and reasonably priced at $10/person. For the money, I felt we could have done better.

Such a great time in Saratoga! The Inn at Saratoga couldn't have been better located, it was right on the main street and walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. The lobby, restaurant, and overall vibe was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Would highly recommend for a visit to Saratoga!

The Sunday brunch was delicious. Staff was ver very professional and friendly.
