Kansas Inn Independence

The bed made a horrible sound every time you moved. I swear the toilet was a child size toilet. My three year old granddaughter could have her feet touch the ground. No breakfast. Closed up tight at 7 am even though breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am. Would not recommend

The man at the front desk was unfriendly and the electrical outlet by the sink was broken.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff were accommodating and kind even with the last minute reservation. It's an older building but the bathroom and the room were both updated and nice and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and my air conditioning and heater worked excellently.

I liked the proximity to family.

The non-smoking rooms were pretty rough, despite being labeled non-smoking.

The House keeper was awesome. She was very kind.

The Mgr is horrible. His attitude is more than just a little lacking. Breakfast was a joke. I had to wake him up. He couldn't be bothered to even turn on the juice machine. I ended up staying just over week. I paid my room online and on time. He came to my room 3 times to complain that I was booking online.

Very reasonable.

Everything was fine.

Breakfast was listed but nothing was out, no lights on, no coffee, no juice. Nothing was set up.
