Kansas Inn Independence

The price made it a great value. There had been some updates but the facility is very old. It was there when I grew up in Independence back in the 50's and 60's. All the basics were in the room at a great price.

Owner very rude its an Indian man that answered so I’m guessing that’s the owner. I had called in the morning since my power went out and told him. “Hello the power in room *** & *** went out.” Then he says okay and how do you know that and I proceeded to tell him because they’re my back neighbors. For him to say yeah there in the back so you wouldn’t know and after the call ends. So I call again since the power still out saying very nicely “hi sir I’m not sure if the call cut but my power is out” and he responds screaming “ I know that’s what I’m doing F*CK YOU MF” and hangs up . Very unprofessional and to top it off rooms are very unclean.

Clean and staff super customer oriented just so accommodating older hotel but one of best for price will always come back and stay at this hotel.
