Cleanliness, courteous staff, including the room cleaner. Comfort: good bed, roomy bathroom (w/ huge walk-in shower) proper lighting (including for reading. Location: 60-second walk to the beach and malecon/promenade; groceteria, farmacia, and excellent bakery & coffee shops are around the corner.

My room (212) was cramped. Next to no room to move around. But not a deal breaker (I know how to adjust).

We loved this hotel - the room and bathroom were spacious, modern and very clean; and the hotel is located very close to the beach and also close to some great restaurant/bar districts. Staff were very friendly and supportive.
