"The hotel is under renovation but clearly the rooms are not well cared for or cleaned well."

Location was fine

Room was dirty, all surfaces were covered in dirt and needed to be wiped down, couch was filthy and stained even though it’s new, walls were dirty, there was no shower curtain. We were there for a very short night stay thankfully, and typically stay at Marriott’s. Will not ever stay again. Will never recommend.
