"nice calm area, room was big but overall it wasn't worth the money"

the room itself was comfortable, a lot of space, a lot of towels in the bathroom 2 pillows (hard and soft) for each person the area around was nice but it's far from the city center

the bathroom was not clean enough, there were plastic cutleries during breakfast for this amount of money the stay at this hotel was mediocre

Check in staff was rather lame and inattentive. In part hard to understand (heavily accented English). More interested in talking to each other at first before taking care of the guest. Check out was much better.

My trip was cancelled due to a booking problem on my end. When contacting the hotel, everyone was friendly and was able to address my refund. While I didn't stay there, it left a positive impression and I will definitely stay at the Bookline Courtyard the next time I am in Boston.
