"Not happy but after speaking with the manager earlier today after we were headed back home better"

Sorry but I can't answer questions about a stay when rude desk staff kicked us out & off the property when trying to check in of hotel we've stayed at several times with our pet

The very rude desk people who kicked us out when we questioned a day of check in for reservations we've has for around two months on a room we've stayed in before with our pet traveling as a disabled person

Hot tub and indoor pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Staff was courteous. Room was perfect. Will be coming every year from now on. The hotel was situated in the middle of everywhere I needed to be. I could walk or drive.

"In town for a couple of days"

It’s an older hotel but well kept. It’s next to a Mc Donalds, Waffle House & Mexican restaurant so that was nice. The lake is right down the road.

"The pool was decent but the cockroaches IN THE ROOM made it difficult to relax and enjoy, let alone sleep."

It was convenient and the pool and jacuzzi were decent.

The cockroaches!! We had brought food with us to have in the room, we set it down to do something else for a moment and when we picked up our food to continue eating it cockroaches had made there way to it and it had to be trashed. We also found them on the walls and around the coffee cups in the room. We were all completely grossed out and had a difficult time going to sleep. The beds are also very uncomfortable.
