Gorgeous property!

The view was a bit clouded. The window needed a good cleaning. The young ladies tending bar at the pool were so delightful! Audrey is a special ray of sunshine! Love her!!!!! The grounds were lush, beautiful.

had no access to gym and to pickle ball. Need hot tub that has no child access

I always base my score on prize/quality. I am disappointed in the value here. The rooms were very noisy! Especially in the weekend. You here kids running through the hallways and you can almost here the neighbors speak. The room itself was okay, but nothing more then that. We paid 360 dollar per night and for that amount of money I really expect a bit more! I think the houses at the lake might be worth it, but the rooms in the building are not better then motel 6 rooms, only are they 3 times as expensive. At check in we received a card and were told that we can do an hour of free kajaking or paddleboarding. That was a nice bonus I thought, but when we wanted to book our free hour; we were told that only one person (of our family of 3) had the free ride, the others had to pay 20 box each… The pool was nice, that was about the only plus I found. I can only say, don’t expect to much, then it might be okay

Our room upon arrival was dirty. The carpet had not been vacuumed, the side tables were sticky with a ring of something, our coffee maker didn’t work and they never replied to our request to fix it. Stains on the carpet, it just looked and felt dirty . There was a huge event in the area and no parking. We had to park in a residential area and walk to the resort. Would not recommend or stay here again

All in all, it was great! We never had to leave the resort, so much to do, to enjoy, and the restaurants were great!! Lighting could be improved and some furniture has wear and tear. A microwave in the room would have been nice. The cleaning staff was very accomodating and quick to serve our needs. The shower in our room was fanastic! I highly reccomend the resort and will stay again.

It would be nice if the pool water was a little warmer. The pool bar is not open every day. Great place to stay.

My girlfriend and I had an incredibly relaxing stay at the resort. We loved the pool area, the driving range, and the lake restaurant. The staff was amazinf as well, in particular Collee at the front desk and Audrey at the pool bar. We'll definitely be back for another stay.

Everything is perfect everyone is nice. Except for the frontdesk who worked 7/19/around 8pm or 8:30pm. She was rude. To think the guests paid good amount for the good service.at least be nice or answer nicely but we didnt bother to call her out. We wont let her ruin our day.
