Just ok for the price. It is clean an comfortable for a night stay

Skip this property. There’s way too many other hotels in the area to even attempt this one. First of all the pet fee on Expedia is stating a $25. When I went to check in they told me it was 50 and there was nothing I could do about it. The room was shabby, the rug was torn and stained, the bathroom door was cracked and broken. And the whole room had an odd stale smell. There’s definitely better options.

Bed was hard and room was very outdated and dingy.

The facility and amenities are showing their age and lack of upkeep. The suite was dirty, had to ask to have the kitchen floor mopped as my white socks were black after walking around. Carpeting was dirty and worn out. The Fitness Room was terrible, treadmill and Xbike were broken and the universal machine in poor shape, pins were rusted. No pool, had to go next door to swim. Perhaps worst of all the internet went down and the front desk didn't know why or when it would be restored. No wifi for over 2 days!

not a bad place to stay!! Very convenient to lots of things offered around the Roanoke Valley

I understand they allow pets but it had a terrible pet odor

We were allowed to use the pool next door.

Maid service did not service our room. We had to clean our room, get clean sheets, towels and wash clothes. No restock of toilet paper

Clean room, quiet

Room was not as pictured. Smaller than expected even tho I was told it was an 'upgrade'. No breakfast. No outside seating area as advertised.
