Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

The location is very convenient, close to the Skytrain station, restaurants and a big shopping mall. Nice walkable neighbourhood. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the option on the TV to login to streaming apps.

I was disappointed with the quality of service at the hotel restaurant. At first, it wasn't that busy so a wait staff served me fairly quickly. I ordered the special, which was adequate but not exceptional. Then a large group came and the wait staff seemed to have just forgotten about me, while other wait staff just milled around or served other customers. I decided to cancel dessert and just wanted my check. I had to walk up to the hostess to ask for service. The wait staff who eventually came to serve me was cool and abrupt. Not impressed. They should learn to treat customers better.

I should have chosen the Hilton Downtown vs Metrotown for Seattle sightseeing. I was surprised that glassware had to be requested and didn’t see the notice to that effect, and the bottled water in the room was $3. For what we paid, I expected free water and glasses. And the hot tub was broken

Rooms were clean but hallways and other areas need attention. Most of staffs were not very friendly, however housekeeping personnel's were fantastic.

Great location! Plenty of food options nearby. Great for shopping as well. Easy transportation options close by.

I have been a loyal Diamond Member with Hilton for over four years and have always enjoyed excellent service during my stays. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I had a very negative experience with a front-desk staff member, Raj Srinivas. When I approached him with a simple question about parking in the Diamond section, he was dismissive, interrupted me repeatedly, and did not allow me to explain that I was already a guest at the hotel. Instead of assisting, he was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for his name, he stated it was Raj Srinivas. I informed him I would be reporting his behavior due to the poor service I received, to which he replied that he did not care and that I could report him if I wished. This is the first time I have encountered such unprofessional behavior at a Hilton property, and it left me with a very negative impression. The hotel itself is nice overall, but this interaction made my experience frustrating and disappointing. For the sake of other guests, I would not recommend engaging with this staff member. Frankly, someone with that attitude and lack of professionalism should not be working at the front desk of a Hilton property.

We traveled all day. The room is fabulous, room service was over the top and a clean comfy bed

Bed was tooo soft.
