Food was great and the variety was good. We loved the pool and staff. It was fantastic

Clean with friendly staff

Room far too small for a family of 4. Lot of plastic waste.. far too many plastic water bottles- you could use water fountains. Use of individual plastic bottles for shampoo, conditioner shower gel and body lotion- why don’t you use larger tubes that can be refilled and reused? Have a breakfast menu not a buffet- I think you would have less food waste and people would get exactly what they wanted.

WiFi was good, the staff was very friendly and nice: shoutout to breakfast staff and beach guards! :D

Beware of unauthorized extra charges!! I was charged about 3x for a non-alcoholic drink that was a simple fruit juice. I was charged a donation fee without my authorization. When I inquired, they mentioned it was probably taxes, or other fees, etc, and eventually accepted it was a donation they charge to everyone who has charges in the room. Please double check all of your bills! After waiting a long time at the front desk, I still wasn't able to get a refund on the wrong charges, because of several delays or excuses, so I just decided to pay to be able to leave. After they charged my credit card, they casually mentioned "we could've changed it...". My stay was nice overall, but this situation left a bad impression that could have been avoided.

pool is very nice, Beach lovely but hot and water rough

Wedding on Saturday night had fireworks that would wake up the whole place,including children and babies...unacceptable!!! so close to hotel Sounded like bombs! Horrible experience..and should not be allowed!!

The facility is very nice. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The food was very good with the exception of dinner. We both had fish and unfortunately, it was served. The fish was served cold aside from that everything was very good

Everything else is perfect

love Costa Rico, the area was great Plaza Flamingo. had to go off site for good coffee (this is Costa Rico come on)

service, food, coffee ... not a place to recommend ... and I've stayed at Margaritaville Hotels. love them .. this isn't affiliated or shouldn't be.
