Check-in & Check-out - Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM - Valid photo identification is required at check-in (passport for foreign nationals). - The name on the identification document must exactly match the name on the reservation. Guests may be denied check-in if the names do not match. Room Policies -Early Arrival / Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Late check-out may incur additional charges. - Early Departure: Full charge (100%) of the confirmed stay will apply after check-in. - Connecting Rooms: Available upon request and subject to availability. - Extra Person Charge: MYR 350 net per person, per night (age 4 and above). Includes day bed, breakfast, and in-room amenities. Payment & Deposit - The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. - A deposit will be collected at check-in. Alternatively, guests may opt to settle charges in cash based on consumption. Taxes & Fees - Local Room Fee: Effective 1 January 2025, a fee of RM10 net per room per night applies (RM20 during special events such as LIMA, Ironman, and Le Tour de Langkawi). This fee is not included in the reservation and will be collected upon arrival. - Tourism Tax: RM10 net per room per night for non-Malaysian guests. This fee is also excluded from the reservation and payable at check-in. Prohibited Items - Fruits with strong odors or staining properties—such as durians and mangosteens—are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. Suite Room Privileges - Complimentary The Club access for two registered guests: - Breakfast choices: American or Asian set menu at The Club, or buffet at Spice Market / Pelangi Grill. - Evening cocktails (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and all-day refreshments (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM). - Exclusive discounts: 20% off food & beverage and 15% off spa treatments (not combinable with other offers). New Year’s Eve Dinner – 31 December 2026 Kindly be informed that a Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner applies on 31 December 2026 at MYR 850 net per adult and MYR 425 net per child. The Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner charges are included for two (2) adults in the room rate. For additional people, the New Year’s Eve Dinner charges will be collected upon arrival. Group Bookings - Bookings of more than five rooms are subject to special terms, conditions, and potential additional charges.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
