Man kommt und erst wir das Hotel gesucht da statt Aachener Stadthotel steht ein Schild Hotel Krone. Treppenhaus schmutzig. Das Zimmer ist schmutzig, muffig mit sehr unangenehmes Geruch. Abend wieder ins Zimmer gekommen und das Licht geht nicht. Das Bett hat ein horrendes Geruch. Das Bad muffig. Toilette nur ekelhaft. Klobürste kaputt. Ich habe nachts da ich im Bett noch schlafen konnte mir ein neues Hotel gebucht und umgezogen. Das Hotel um Rückerstattung gebeten. Bis jetzt keine Reaktion. Ist eine Schande dass sowas über Booking angeboten wird.
