"I’ve been treated rudely just for asking something."

I have a reservation for 2 weeks and today is my third night and front desk clerk, a young girl, treated me rudely already. I asked her why I have to get a new keycard every day and she got mad, she couldn’t answer my question, she only said “everybody is getting new keys everyday “ like it’s a normal thing, and then she shake her head like she got annoyed by me asking her, then she made a sound with her mouth. I don’t need this kind of crap after 14 hours of work everyday. We’re a big group working at the oilfield so I’m going to deal with this issue for now and never coming back to this place after this job.

The beds -pillows was super nice ! The room was nice and clean . Plenty of towels . The breakfast was Super Nice ! Alot of different choices . The staff was super nice and Very Friendly especially the older Lady that was working Sunday Morning very Sweet ! When in Brenham I will stay there .

The rooms was very nice . The bed-pillows was very nice ! Very clean with plenty of towels . The pool area was nice and clean . Breakfast was very good ! Lots of choices . The Staff was super nice especially the older lady that was working Sunday Morning She was Super Sweet and kept everything filled and clean . I will stay here again when I come to visit my Family .

Convenient to the location of my reunion.

The rooms were unkept and had mold the floors had a puddle of water due to the fridge leaking.
