Value was good, overall. Service from the front desk was very good and helpful regarding restaurants in Brenham. Room was pretty clean, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Beds were very comfortable and had the non- feather pillows requested. The air conditioner worked well. Food at complimentary breakfast was fine, although a couple of things ran out on two different days. But only one elevator would be concerning for someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk down stairs, if it was not working.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected

It is a nice place. The pictures don't quite match the property. It is older than the pictures look. But, it was still a good nights stay. I would stay here again. The breakfast was good.

There was one employee who was the friendliest, her name was Penny. She truly makes you feel welcomed!

The a/c in our room didn't cool well at all and the tub had hair in it. The hotel is worn and needs an update.

Stinky and dirty. Front desk was rude and not well kept. The lady kept accusing me of having no money because my card was being declined. I assured her it was not my fault. When I contact my bank’s customer support they said that all errors came from the merchant side. False accusations from this place is not a good look for comfort suites. The customer should come first.
