The swimming pool was of a good size, and the lifeguards were attentive and focused on safety, although they could be somewhat strict at times. I went to the beach once during my stay, and it was genuinely enjoyable. The sea was clean, relaxing, and one of the highlights of the experience. For families, the hotel can be a very good option if booked at a reasonable rate and outside peak holiday periods. In that case, the overall value for money would be much better, especially considering the enjoyable beach, spacious pool, and family-friendly atmosphere.

The hotel is quite old and requires significant maintenance. This has nothing to do with the traditional Bahraini architectural style. Rather, the furniture is outdated, the bed is very uncomfortable, and the bathtub and bathroom fixtures show clear signs of wear, peeling, and deterioration. This gave the impression that the property is not receiving the level of maintenance expected for a hotel in this price range. The suite location. I would normally expect a suite category to be located on one of the higher floors, but my suite was situated on a lower level. Furthermore, the suite had a significant mosquito problem despite keeping the doors and balcony closed at all times. Some members of the staff behaved in a rather unusual manner. On several occasions, I would ask for assistance and receive little or no response. The room service: I ordered food, received it, paid for it, and finished the meal. Later, a staff member arrived with a second order that I had never requested. When I informed him of the mistake, the kitchen called my room, insisting that I had placed another order. I explained that I had only ordered once. The response was simply to hang up the phone, which was disappointing and unprofessional. The swimming pool itself is excellent; however, the placement of the pool bar is not ideal. It is located in one of the narrowest width of the pool, and because smoking is permitted there, cigarette smoke tends to spread throughout the pool area. As a result, guests using the pool are continuously exposed to second-hand smoke, which significantly reduces the comfort and enjoyment of the area, particularly for families with children and non-smokers. The beach is very enjoyable, but on Fridays, the hotel hosts a beach party that is also open to visitors from outside the hotel. During these events, children are not allowed to enter the sea, which means that we were unable to spend time at the beach with our children on that day.

1_ خدمه تنظيف الغرفه يجب تبليغ الاستقبال للتنظيف اذا لم يبلغ لم تنظف الغرفه. من ضمن المبلغ دفع رسوم الخدمه 2- الاثاث قديم والمرتبات قديمه وغير مريحه الوسائد والتلفزيون قديم ولاتوجد به محطات وغير صافي 3-الحمام قديم يحتاج إلى تغير وصيانه لايوجد به دش في السقف ولادش التليفون مجرد حوض عالي الارتفاع وبه خلاطات غير عملي الاستحمام الأطفال ولا كبار خوفا من سقوط والانزلاق صراحه لايستاهل هذا المبلغ على خدمات سيئه 5-مساحه البحر صغيره جدا والشاطى غير كافي للنزلاء وقت العطل ويصلح للاجانب فقط للسباحه بالبحرين والحوض

المكان جميل ونظيف ومرتب، ما شاء الله 🤍 بس أتمنى يكون فيه قوانين واضحة بخصوص اللبس، عشان يكون المكان أنسب للجميع.والموظف البحريني في الاستقبال كان قمه في الأسلوب والتواضع شكراً له

29 Mayıs günü sahile yüzmeye giderken otel görevlileri tarafından sahilde parti olduğu gerekçesiyle engellendik. Çocuklarımın yanında diplomat olduğumu söylememe rağmen bana bağırarak ve fiziki olarak elleriyle yolu kapatarak durdurdular. Şezlongta havlum var, onu alıp çıkayım, otelde kalıyorum dememe rağmen bu kötü tavır sürdü. Parti ile ilgili önceden bize bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu konuyu farklı platformlarda da şikayet etmeyi düşünüyorum. Tatilimi mahvettiniz.
