The experience I encountered was far below the standards I expect from the Accor Group and was extremely upsetting for my family and me. There was wrong number of guest mentioned in booking, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist created a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation at the check-in counter by insisting that my reservation only included 2 adults and demanding additional payment for the third adult. I booked for 3 adults and 2 kids. When we entered the room, we were shocked to discover that the room appeared to have been previously used and not properly cleaned. The bedsheets were stained, and there were lipstick marks visible on the cups and coasters. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective, especially for a hotel operating under the Accor brand. The housekeeping manager visited the room offered us a complimentary late check-out extension until 4:00 PM instead of the standard 1:00 PM check-out time as compensation for the inconvenience caused. However, the following day at exactly 1:00 PM, the reservation manager called and instructed me to check out immediately. This entire experience demonstrated poor communication between departments, lack of professionalism, and extremely disappointing hospitality standards. I sent an email to Accor customer help desk, but they ignored and responded immediately like nothing happened, that they are disappointed that this happened to me.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels and this is by far the worst hotel with the worst experience I’ve ever had . I stayed along with 5 friends and we all agree it’s insane how bad this hotel is. The staff is rude, extremely unhelpful, whatever you say they say 5 minutes or we are sorry but literally won’t even bring a water bottle. To add one bed to the room it took them one hour and around 5 calls and a lot of screaming just to get a bed I paid for. I’ve had to ask for everything I wanted literally more than 5-7 times. I’m not expecting a kings treatment but this place makes you feel like you are staying for free and asking for charity not paying and expecting a service.
