"An inconvenient, unaccommodating place to book with rude, lazy staff."

The receptionist girl was extremely rude, unresponsive, unaccommodating and unfriendly. FYI - No cats allowed under their misleading "pets allowed" statement.

Professional check in. Very clean room. I had a train delay and found myself in Eugene overnight. Selected last minute per close distance to the station. Pleasantly impressed. Very clean and well equipped.

In town, but was very quiet. I'm not a great night driver any longer and found getting to grocery store was an interesting challenge. No problems at all with the room. The front desk lady was friendly, but when I asked about the nearest market, she said it was hard to explain, hence my comment about getting around.

Long trip, tired and grumpy. Staff was everything professional. And kind.

Exhausted, lobby on 5 minute break. Buzzer didn't work. I cried.

Liked having a fridge & microwave.

Would have liked hot breakfast items instead of 'grab 'n go'. Also a little earlier time to get coffee for early risers. Parking was tight with people having trucks.
