Check in at the location was easy and the proprietor was delightful and helpful.

I tried to ask a question to Booking.com and it was forwarded to Courtesy Inn to answer - the question was intended for Booking.com and their system. It was a communication issue, not the fault of the facility.

The room was cozy clean and had everything I needed in the room.

Traffic noise , maybe it will slow down the later it gets.

"Great, non-chain facility"

This little gem is downtown, walking distance to the Hult Center. Two added pluses were a rubber mat to place in the bottom of the tub while showering, and wash clothes! We also were treated to a lite "coffee plus" bite before departing.

close to liquor store and weed dispensary...free yogurt...lady at the desk was sooper nice and that's important to me.

Staff very nice, room was clean.

No decaf coffee available. TV did not work staff got it to work then it failed again next morning. KIND OF SEEDY AREA! HVAC unit way too loud, cycled all night Bathroom was freezing Parking was ridiculously tight

It was central to our actual destination and very convenient to get to and from. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in.

There was no pool or hot tub
