On New Year's Evening, there will be no public transport to and from the hotel after 20:00. The last hotel's shuttle will depart from the airport to the hotel at 20:45 and the last shuttle from the hotel to the airport leaves at 20:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The kind and helpful staff were such a nice experience. Thank you Ronald and Nadia. We were provided with an earlier check-in and complimentary bar vouchers. The free bus shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent and was very much appreciated. We were also allowed to check out an hour later, which was very helpful and convenient for our scheduled departure. Super comfy beds and overall a great hotel. Didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, next time!

There's a mix up when booking via booking.com - it shows slightly different check-in/out times than they actually are. (check-in at 15; booking shows 14 etc) Just a tiny detail that can be fixed. Room service entered one of our rooms while we were still sleeping :)
