There was a wedding party that came back to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning. They had a party in the breakfast room until 4:00 in the morning, about 40 people yelling and screaming included. Calls to the front desk, and 2 visits to the front desk achieved nothing. In fact I was told that they had as much right to be doing what they were doing, because they were staying at the hotel. Had I wanted to stay at a nightclub I would have parked my vehicle in the parking lot of one and slept in my car. I probably would have gotten more sleep. And not have to pay for it. I emailed the GM, and was told that they allowed them to party in the breakfast area as to not disturb guests in their room? The logic behind that is idiotic. What difference does it make what space of the hotel they occupy and disrupt the peace and quiet of other guests. The crowning Glory was when I left in the morning and there was vomit outside the front entrance of the hotel and alcoholic containers. Probably without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever endured at a hotel. My special needs niece was with me, and needless to say she was very disturbed by the entire fiasco.

Waa not what I thought I chose thought I chose king bed got double bed with one child not sure if it was my mistake or mix up.. not worth extra money I paid.

We were in town for a college mens soccer playoff game. Location was close to the stadium and several places to eat. We were on the 4th floor, our grown kids on 2nd floor. There room was over the front door and had too much noise frim opening and closing. Our son spoke to a person at the front desk about getting a redyction on the room cist and she wasn't willing to do anything. I piped up from the distance and said you shouldn't rent that room to guests. Unfortunate situation that she probably didnt bubble up to her manager. Maybe it will get attention now with my review
