The hotel's location is superb. What is most importantly is the level of good service provided by the staff. Ms Lee from the front counter has gone extra miles to assist me with some of the issues that I encountered with the communication app.She even used her personal mobile and paid for the fees required to fix the issue. She declined my payment when I offered to. Overall a very pleasant stay for me at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Second stay was amazing too; big shout out for their 'upgrade' to a similar room I had on my first stay. Phi who helped me checked in when I returned for my second stay, was helpful, alongside the other staff present, one lady who attended to help my Emotion Spa arrangements and an 18 y/o student, who helped me with the luggage to my room. At my checkout after my second stay, FO Supervisor Lee was exceptional; she even noted I drink lots of water and on my checkout after my second stay, she even prepared a thoughtful gift of coconut cake and a bottle of water (I was about to ask for one more bottle of water but didn't have to because she was one step ahead) Talk about service and eye for details 💯 Amazing Team at Sofiana! All of you have shine bright like stars! ✨️ Well done, keep up the amazing hospitality and service! (P.S. You already made me know where to choose to stay when I come back to Da Nang 🥂)

Très bon hôtel, bien placé à 2 min de la plage et de tous les commerces. Chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée. Pression de douche top Literie confortable Ménage quotidiennement et très propre Petit déj très bon, varié et frais. Mention au personnel vraiment adorable et souriant, merci à Lee pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Tout le personnel est d'une gentillesse Dernier point sans doute insignifiant, mais il y a un miroir de pied dans la chambre ce qui est rare dans les hôtels

Very attractive and friendly staff. The room is clean and spacious. Super convenient location if you are into the beach. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Good spread of buffet breakfast. I recommend this hotel.
