Even thing was good. Could use a little more care on the breakfast area. Pool was good for my granddaughters. Check in person was friendly. I WILL be staying again

The head housekeeper needs to really check the rooms. I have been a housekeeper and a head housekeeper and we were taught to look under the beds. It was a mess. Screens need to be on the windows too. Besides all of that I WILL be staying again.

Bed was pretty bad. Paint was peeling 😩 no water pressure and very little hot water. When I arrived there was 3 other people waiting In line and no one was at the counter to help us. We waited about 15 minutes before someone returned.

Rooms were clean...

The staff got our reservation mixed with someone else, but later, a different staff member got it straight.

Very professional staff member. Welcoming facilities. Quiet.

By the time we got to breakfast (8:20) there were basically no options left. The staff member came back to stock but only added muffins, nothing else. Needs some touch up work done in the rooms such as peeling paint.

Nothing.

My spouse and I were shocked by the lack of cleanliness. It seemed that the only clean surface in our room was the bedding, towels, and the vanity sink. There were removable stains on light switches, the shower walls, the mini fridge, the bedroom walls, and every fabric surface. The curtains looked to be 20 years old and to have never been steam cleaned since they were first hung up. I couldn’t stand looking at the sunshine filter through to display every disturbing stain on those curtains. The vanity outlet had worn out contacts which caused power cords to fall out immediately after plugging them in. I had to use rubber bands to maintain pressure with the connection to power so I could execute my intended hair style for a wedding event. Needless to say, this was the worst hotel experience and I’m just thankful my car wasn’t broken into and that it seems we have not become victims of a pest problem…yet.
