"Für einen Kurzurlaub mit wenig Gepäck ok."

Lage war zum Musical super. Frühstück war ok, hatte aber alles eher einen Hallenflair als Frühstücksraum. Zimmer für Kurzurlaub war ok.

Die Bezahlung war ein Chaos. Mir wurden auf meiner Kreditkarte 4x verschiedene Beträge autorisiert, die weit den Gesamtbetrag des Aufenthaltes überschritten hatten. Das Personal vor Ort war nicht kompetent genug, mir zu erklären wie diese Beträge zustande kamen. Es wurde mit der Aussage abgetan, ich solle ihnen vertrauen und nach meinem Aufenthalt von zu Hause aus eine E- Mail schreiben. Nach Rücksprache mit meiner Bank wurde mir bestätigt, dass tatsächlich nur der vereinbarte Betrag abgebucht wurde. Die Autorisierung des Mehrbetrages wurde aber erst nach ca. 1 Woche gelöscht. Was ärgerlich war, da ich über diesen Betrag nicht verfügen konnte. Das sollte geändert werden!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, komfortabel u.die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage zum Starlightexpress war optimal.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

"Really good value, nice vibe to the hotel."

The rooms are really comfortable, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is really clean. There is a limited choice menu but the food is delicious and reasonably priced. Five minutes walk to the Starlight Express theatre. Lovely Bäckerei nearby and supermarkets are five minutes in the other direction. Good public transport links.
