God service ved morgenbuffet, søde medarbejder. Rengøring var knap så grundig på værelset. Vi var der i en uge hvor 3 af hverdagene var der folk der gik på gangen som grinte højlydt, snakkede højt samt bankede på vores dør.

Ikke rent. Lygter mad i gangen på grund af restauranten under. Morgenmad var den værste vi har prøvet i tyskland. Vi overnatter min. I Hamburg 3 gang om år.

Überall auf den Fluren roch es nach rauch,rauchen war auf den Stockwerken jeweils auf einen kleinen Balkon erlaubt. Dies jedoch zig in die Zimmer. Sauberkeit war O.K,könnte jedoch besser sein,vorallem das Badezimmer. Im Zimmer ist kein Wasserkocher. Umgebung absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nur zum Schlafen feht es.
