Location perfect for the city. Food and staff in restaurant was fabulous especially newly opened Asian fusion menu. Hotel staff great in particular Russell. Room was perfectly designed.

LOVED the new restaurant, we totally enjoyed sitting a the bar for some appetizers and a glass of wine. Decor was fabulous and the staff were wonderful and attentive.

When we went to check in, I suddenly realized that there were two locations in the city for Le Germain hotels and I’d booked at the other location. Front desk staff politely informed me of this, and then went to work looking into availability at their property. They got me a room and transferred the reservation. I appreciated it so much!

The stay and amenities were great, had an issue with the Air Conditioning the first night…..we were relocated to a room next door which had functional air conditioning. Happy this issue could be solved, communication between hotel and myself was excellent while the work to repair initially.
