Lokasyon, temizlik, çalışanların hepsi çok yardımcıydı. Yorumlarda temizlikte sorun var görmüştüm ancak alakası yok,bu konuda hassas olmamıza rağmen çok memnun kaldık. Sadece temizlik için önceden verdikleri qr koda tıklayıp oda numaranızı ekleyip otomatik çıkan maile gönder diyorsunuz bir akşam önceden. Hatta son günü çıkarken kapıda karcher makine ile temizlik yapıyordu görevli. Kahvaltı seçeneği özellikle çocuklu iseniz aşırı fazla ve Avrupa sınırlarında herhangi bir otelde yaptığım en iyi kahvaltılardan biriydi diyebilirim. Tüm otel görevlileri çok çok iyiydi. Tam karşısında metro var. Turistik pek çok yere yürüme mesafesinde gidebiliyorsunuz.

Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir şey yok sadece odada gardrop olması daha iyi olurdu.

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer/ Bad ausreichend und alles vorhanden, den Zimmerservice optional zu nutzen, war perfekt, Frühstücksraum sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet, dafür extra Bonus!, Frühstücksangebot sehr gut, Möglichkeit für kostenfreies Wasser (still/ medium) in der Lobby sehr lobenswert, alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Rezeptionspersonal nicht deutschsprachig, obwohl in der Hotelbeschreibung DEUTSCH als Verständigungsmittel angeboten wird, deshalb Minuspunkt! Frühstückspersonal in "Stoßzeiten" überfordert mit der Geschirrrücknahme

Excellent location. Lovely large room with a balcony. Very clean. High quality bed linen and towels. Top floor: so had great views. Friendly helpful staff.

The air con struggled a bit as it was warm weather. We couldn’t work out how to turn off the underfloor heating in the bathroom which added to the warmth of the room unfortunately. Not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay here again.
