Location was ideal for me- close to Deakin University. Tram stop only a short walk away. Great movie theatre a couple of tram stops away- Reading Cinema. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and quiet. This was my second stay here, and I will return.

Fan in the bathroom was ineffective.
