They women who took care of me In front desk was supper wierd and not welcoming at all !!!! And there was a roach when i walked in room also smelled wierd like if someone was burning plastic around room

Overall, the stay was very unsatisfactory. I wish I took photos to show the condition of the room. This is my first time at a Red Roof Inn so, I was not sure how my stay was going to go. In summary, the staff was the best part of my stay. Everything except for the fridge and TV looked poor. The bathroom was barely functional and looked like it was suffering from rust damage. The water pressure was way off too. The bed made lots of noise and could not sleep through the night with how loud everything was outside of the room. The floor was not clean. I noticed this when I attempted to shower and so much dirt was stuck to the bottom of my feet. I reserved two nights but, I only stayed one. I had to leave because of a family emergency unfortunately or maybe fortunately. Either way, because I reserved and paid on this website, I can't get a refund for my reservation. The staff member I talked to tried to help me but couldn't because of this site. I think I'm just going to call the hotel directly for now on.

This hotel should not stay open. The halls smelled like smoke the night staff is rude!

It was so horrible I didn’t even stay there and really should get a refund soon as I checked in I checked right back out

The staff was nice and as professional as they could be.

The room wasn't clean. There was red hair in the shower and a cigarette burn in the blanket. We ended up having to stay another night and they gave us the same room.... The same red hair was in the shower and THE SAME cigarette burn was on the blanket which means that they did NOT change the linens. I would NEVER stay there again! Walking down the halls..... The smell of marijuana filled the air. People partying, big dogs barking... It was horrible! Only stayed another night because of the need to be close to the hospital.

Liked: That is was close to the hospital, which is why we stayed there. Disliked: The beds were not comfortable at all. The smell of weed reaked in the hallway, elevator, and in our room. Roaches and mice poop in the room and drawers. Under the bed was nasty! All kinds of trash under bed. Hair stuck to the bathroom walls.
