Nothing. This is an absolutely disgusting hotel / property! This should not even be considered a hotel. It’s a pathetic excuse for a hotel !! The staff really need to take anger management courses let alone customer service courses. But doubt they will ever benefit from it as they (especially a lady called Zara) are beyond repair!! They need to be sacked and the hotel shut down so that Rotterdam as a city doesn’t sully its name !!

The rooms, the property location, the staff..the worst combination working unitedly to provide disrespectful and awful services !!! If you want to experience this, please do check in to bear their services!

The room was dirty, bed sheets had holes in them, empty shampoo bottle on the bathroom floor, rubbish behind the fridge and rotting grape stems, dirty under the bed! Disgraceful filthy hovel.
