An einem der Waschbecken lief das Wasser kaum ab. Die Türe zum Bad klemmte was daran lag das eine Schraube sich gelöst hatte ( hab sie wieder reingedrehr dann ging es wieder. Die Betten und das Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht… somit gab es auch keine Kaffeepads obwohl man das hervorhob in der Hotelbeschriebung. Sorry aber ich buche hier nicht mehr und fahre lieber 20 km weiter und bin zufriedener

fijn en vriendelijk personeel wij hadden een nette verzorgde kamer en schoon sanitair.

Locatie was prima voor mijn doel, mijn bestemming was op loopafstand. Ontbijt was prima.

De kamer, stonk enorm naar rook,ik kon hier niet van slapen. Raam openzetten hielp enigszins. Badkamer erg krap, maar voor mij alleen geen probleem.

Location of the hotel / I will not mention free parking as I overpaid for my stay. I extended my stay to town, but I moved to a different hotel.

My shower had mold. Whole room smell of cesspool. I request to change room, but the reception supervisor came upstairs, took a BTL of toilet liquid and pure it in the shower and promised to clean the mold. 10 days there not happened. He was also watching me with a strange look, why I complained? Very rude...and he couldn't understand the hygiene issue. arriving at 3 o'clock in the morning and having no water to drink? Your vending machine was out of stock. The receptionist ask me to drink from the toilet!!! Are you serious? If you have potable drinking water. Install at least a water dispenser. You know toilet, bacteria cross contamination??? Also he didn't allow me to use the breakfast water dispenser. Breakfast is the same with focus on cost reduction, fruit salad always the same fruits that are the cheapest you can buy such as apples, mellons, and pineapple. Food from alacarte is overpriced and only fried food. Cold cuts also of substandard quality and the same daily. The smoking place outside it's was a constant mess and dirty. 10 days there I was emptying the ashtray I used and always dirty. Empty Cups glasses from the breakfast time were standing there until late night. The lady preparing breakfast with dirty uniform was also did my checkout at the reception!!! I was paying for everything I was talking, but when I was checking out, a beer was outstanding and I have to pay. I paid with a doubt...I paid almost 200 euro per night and then I saw on your website a couple of days ago, your price was 91 euro per night...lastly your staff is not hotel trained and oriented. They prefer to gather at the back and smoke instead of showing hospitality that they are paid for. I travel all over the world and even in third category countries I never came to such situation...I'm a hotel and catering specialist and I know very well all the aspects of the business field and sorry you are unacceptable. I hope my feedback helps you improve.

Die Dame in der Bar war sehr nett.

Im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hört man den Straßenlärm und das Knallen der Zimmertüren anderer Gäste. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein.
