Gentleman who checked us in was simply amazing and made us feel very welcome. Gave us information regarding getting in and out of Venice and was able to sell us the trackers we needed for the bus which saved us a lot of hassle

"Perfect and affordable stay 25 mins from Venice"

Perfect location right across the bus stop for Venice. The room was perfectly clean with new fresh towels every day. The staff was kind and helpful. You can buy public transport passes directly from the reception, which was quite convenient.

If you fail to put away your personal belongings, the cleaning staff does that for you by reorganizing them, which one might find a bit too much.
