Bastion Hotel Schiphol Hoofddorp

Hello, tonight I spent the night in this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. We the changed 3 times the room because they were all dirty. We moved the beds and the floor clearly showed they were not clean. To make the experience even worst, the sheets were also dirty. The second room we stayed was close to the back door and we could feel such a strong smell of weed in the hallway. For my surprise this is a 4 star hotel, so we expected a better experience. After we spent the night and we were already ready to leave at the time of the check out, the receptionist knocks on the door the second it turned 12pm. We didn’t know they had alarm people. To conclude I wish there was more profissionalismo and a better cleaning stuff!

Zimmer etwas klein, aber ok Frühstück gut Abendessen auch gut Personal freundlich

Service teilweise sehr lau, leere Gläser und Tassen wurden, besonders auf der Terrasse , erst nach Stunden abgeräumt. Es bestand auch selten die Nachfrage nach einem weiteren Getränk. Sehr störend war die Sauberkeit beim Eingang und auf der Terrasse: alles voll mit Zigarettenstummel trotz Aschenbecher! Mal durchwischen verbessert den ersten Eindruck bei den Gästen!
