A localização e o check-in são ótimos; check-in bem prático, pelo menos para quem já se hospedou por lá outras vezes! E os preços praticados são, por vezes, adequados para a atual realidade do mercado.

Nos banheiros de alguns dos aptos do hotel, o piso tem declividade para o lado oposto ao nível do ralo, fazendo com a água fique empoçada, sob os pés dos hóspedes, e/ou escoe para a porta do box. Muito incômodo!
