- The room was comfortable, I liked the spacious bathroom and bedroom, comfortable bed and relaxing chair. - They were fine with an early check-in, which was very helpful! - The rooftop pool area was a very cool spot with panoramic view over the city. - The area is close to the beach, more quiet and walkable than many others in Da Nang, and there's a convenience store in the same street.

- The kitchen was old, under equipped, had many ants from day 1. No stove. And there was a disgusting smell in the sink. Thankfully the kitchen could be closed off, I used it as little as possible. - The room was far from 55sqm, I would say at most 40. - Sometimes too much noise in the building

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach. Option to rent a scooter. Spacious room and bathroom.

Smelly room and aircon. At first glance the room was clean but second view showed dirty corners. Beach view means you look over a roof with aircons of a different house in front of the building. The pool water was cloudy and had broken tiles

Location, very sweet staff, cleanliness, swimming pool, being provided with all the utilities and care by the staff.

No iron in the room, but the ironing service was generally provided by the hotel, 20,000 vnd per piece if I remember correctly.
