O cafe da manha é otimo e com bastante opção.

Durante nossa estadia houva falta de agua no hotel, impossibilitando tomar banho em um dos dias. No serviço de limpeza nao houve reposição de sabonete e shampoo.

Quarto grande, camas confortáveis! Limpeza ótima! Banheiro com água quente e alta pressão! Café da manhã maravilhoso

Receptividade na hora do chekin, falta algo a mais, zero empatia e falta de alegria! rasguei minha camiseta ao descer do elevador no 4 andar, tem espelhos nos corredores, e a ponta de um deles estava quebrada, que onde onde passei meu braço e danificou minha camiseta, e logo depois foi resolvido quando falei com uma moça que estava no corredor.
