The rooms were cleaned n workers are nice

Just the pillows are not confortable

We couldn't spend the night at the hotel because the reception told us they hadn't received the payment from Booking, even though I showed them my advance payment receipt. We were asked to contact Booking directly at 9:30 pm, as the reservation wasn't made directly with them. Ps: many thanks to the woman at the front desk for being so RUDE with us, much appreciated

The hotel was old but clean. However there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff seemed unconcerned when told about the problem.

The hair dryer was practically broken - made lots of noise, smelled like it was burning and barely dried my hair. There were a few bits of flooring chipped, and a hole in the wall where the hinge of the door broke through and I had to kill a few bugs/roaches but it is Florida...Slightly musty/used to be a smoking room type smell.

For starters they didn’t have the room ready at check in time it was three and a half hours past! The only excuse that was giving was she was still cleaning!! We had to pay a 100.00 dollar deposit that we did not know about. Thank goodness we had it but what about people who don’t!! Heads up would have been nice!! When we needed new towels we had to take our used ones to the front desk and do a switch!! Crazy!! Horrible experience!!!
