"This was a great experience"

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The employees provided excellent service and made my stay enjoyable.

This sometimes happens, so I was not upset. When I arrived there was a dead fly in the shower. The next morning there was a stink bug near the sick area. Again, things happen. This will not deter me from booking this hotel again.
