The people that work here are so nice and everything is very clean.

Our stay went well, per usual! Upon arrival I was greeted by one of the friendly staff members. I was a bit stressed bc ID is required when booking online and I realized just before checking in that i misplaced my wallet which had my ID so I was afraid i wasnt going to be able to get the room. Since I've been staying there quite a bit lately the staff has started to recognize me and so was able to stay without it...greatly appreciated 😀

We stay here all the time all month the past 2 day and night the people above us has kept us up we haven't got any sleep something needs to be done

The stay was just what we needed! After working so much lately then finishing the day with sleeping in the car this was a very relaxing and enjoyable change of pace. Kudos to the staff for always being pleasant upon arrival and allowing us to enjoy your establishment

We arrived a bit late that evening and was ready for a chill night to just relax and rest up. Other than the TV not working, which btw was promptly taken care of, our stay went well....no complaints!!

There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the blankets were all stained.

This place is so clean and so quiet and so professional I highly recommend

When we arrived after a long 10 hr drive with two kids, we were assigned a room where there appeared to be a blood stain. We requested a new room and after some discussion were able to get another room. We got to the second room and the light kept flickering in the bathroom, we found a very large bug crawling on the floor and the shower didnt have hot water. I would not recommend this hotel.

Aside from smelling like an ashtray, there wete cockroaches in our room. I let front desk know about it. She told me they were full so she couldnt move me. If u have them in 1 room u have them in all! She offered to bring us spray! We slept in our car on a sat nt on sweetest day, so our romantic getaway was ruined. I cant see to drive at night or i wouldve driven home. There were stained sheets with holes. Back door was cracked open with a rock by staff on duty. There were all kinds of suspicious people coming and going. The nt staff was sitting without shoes in the lobby watching tv everytime we came in or out. They were friendly, but just didnt look professional. Upon checkout, the manager refused to give me a refund. After reading the reviews, red roof inn keeps saying theyre working with a pest control company... its said that for over a year... OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT WORKING!!! There was no breakfast offered, which was 1 reason we chose this place. It was loud, the hall carpet was saturated in dirt and grime that almost squished under your feet. There was no elevator and we reserved an accessible room and was denied one upon checkin. Absolutely horrible. We used to stay at red roofs, but we will never again. This was absolutely unacceptable 😤, unprofessional, unhealthy, and a disgrace to the red roof name. I will continue to fight for my refund. I took pics of the cockroach. This is a health hazard, and the health dept will be made aware!
