Perfekte Lage

Bei der ein oder anderen „Konstruktion“ im Bad stand wohl Design und nicht die praktische Seite im Vordergrund. Sich eben mal die Haare waschen, war nicht wirklich möglich, da der Wasserhahn doch sehr niedrig angebracht war.

Personal war Top!!! Vom Empfang bis zum Frühstück. Danke und gerne wieder

Plastiklaken im Matratzenbezug. Dient wohl der Hygiene, aber es war unangenehm.

"Gute Lage aber schlechter Service, lange Wartezeiten und überfüllter Frühstücksraum"

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Alster ist absolut top und der Ausblick aus dem Restaurant beim Frühstück ist wunderschön. Auch die Suite an sich war für uns als Familie geräumig.

Der Service war beim Check-in und Gepäcktransport völlig unterbesetzt und unfreundlich, zudem war das Zimmer trotz angegebener Zeit nicht fertig. Das Frühstück für 41 € pro Person war wegen extremer Wartezeiten (20-30 Minuten) und mangelndem Nachschub an Brötchen eine organisatorische Katastrophe.
