Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center

Me encanta todo, es mi segunda vez hospedandome aquí, y es excelente, impecable, cama súper cómoda, edredón súper cómodo, el desayuno es muy variado y rico. Hay para todos! Su gente, es muy amable, Roger un muchacho ecuatoriano es un amor y muy amable dispuesto a ayudarme con mi bebé, el cochecito del bebé asegurándose de que yo no cargará nada al momento de ir al bus o tomar un taxi. Días antes hice un pedido por Amazon y con mucha amabilidad y responsabilidad lo guardaron para mi hasta el momento de mi llegada. Amables y agradables todo el personal del hotel❤️ Gracias siempre, sigan así.

Lo único que puede mejorar, son las almohadas. Es ricas pero muy muy aguaditas, ya que está pregunta está acá, en pro de mejorar diría que las almohadas.

Very beautiful property. Rooms are really clean and nice. Has on site parking and airport shuttle. The pool is wonderful! Property also has several restaurants.

Very nice staff and room was very clean! Would stay again, just not eat there, which is to bad!

The breakfast buffet was the worst food I had in our whole trip. Eggs were mush and had no taste, I don't think they were real eggs. Bread was clearly day old. Had an omelet made thinking it would be better than the scrambled eggs, but no, only had 2 bites. VERY surprised considering the rest of the hotel was perfect.

I have, I believe, the highest status of Marriott loyalty. So I speak from experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great (especially Irene and Griss). The shuttle from the airport had no AC. It was 35C that day. Awful. Neither that driver nor the one on the return helped us with our luggage; other passengers did. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one to assist with our bags (I use a cane, help is appreciated). The staff in the Executive Lounge was great. The food was below Marriott standards though.

Das Badezimmer war schön und der shuttle zum Flughafen war praktisch.

Ich musste als Einzelperson 300 (!!!) Euro ohne Frühstück für eine Nacht zahlen, nachdem ich am Flughafen wegen eines gecancelten Fluges gestrandet war. Es war extrem hellhörig, bis tief in die Nacht (2.30 Uhr) über mir in den Zimmern Krach und am nächsten Morgen ab 5.30 Uhr auf dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern. Es war extrem schlecht schallisoliert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zwar, war aber auch sehr laut. Und die Betten in meinem Zimmer waren maximal 2m lang, nicht wie auf der Homepage angepriesen >2m. Wer ein Zimmer in Block 4 bekommt muss ewig weit laufen, wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist hat es schwer.
