What a great spot, just off of #75. Rooms are upgraded, reasonable & clean! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great Mexican restaurant within walking distance was recommended and perfect after a long day travelling. Highly recommend. (also pet friendly - cats and dogs). The only thing I'd recommend is having fresh fruit (apples or bananas?) at breakfast.

I was surprised 1st floor was motel, whereas we stayed here before upstairs which is hotel. In our 70s it easier to have our car right outside the door. It's amazing clean, quiet between rooms and really nice people. Completely remodeled, roomy and well outfitted room and bath.

Breakfast is pretty basic. Hot choices are a processed egg and biscuit and gravy. They did have waffles, toast, cereal, etc. And hours for breakfast are great. There was some noise from the street.
