"Good stay, but not really any breakfast and the hours were limited from 6-9. No meat selections, gravy was out and no co"

Convienient to interstate and restaurants. Beds were nice and clean, fairly quiet.

The breakfast was gone by 8:45, not even coffee. We were told it would be open until 9:00. No one was replenishing the breakfast or attending to it that we could determine. This was the biggest disappointment. Not many options were there as well.

Douglas Inn is my go to place when I stay in Cleveland TN. You cannot beat the value. Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and welcoming, it is in an excellent location and very affordable.

"The room was good, the breakfast was not great and the shower was freezing."

The breakfast was coffee, cereal, bagels, pancakes or waffles and biscuits/gravy- juice. It was fine

There was no hot water in the shower. Hot water ran in the sink- but not in the shower.

This place is under rated. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—it made traveling with a young child so much easier. The room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable. The beds were cozy, everything felt clean and well cared for, and it honestly exceeded what you’d expect for the price. The location was perfect too—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. It felt safe, convenient, and stress-free the entire stay.
