"Ontspannen verblijf in groene stadse omgeving."

De ligging van de Smedery is goed. Mooi in het groen en toch dichtbij de binnenstad. Fietsen zorgden voor extra plezier en gemak om de stad te verkennen. Een wandelingetje in de buurt is ook de moeite waard. Keuken was compleet en een flesje wijn bij aankomst is attent. Eigenaresse was goed bereikbaar.

Weinig privacy gevoel als de gordijnen/ramen open zijn wegens ligging aan de weg en binnenplaats. Ook het uitzicht is niet fantastisch. Dit betreft appartement Ooypolder, op de begane grond. Boven zal het anders zijn. Wat kleine ongemakken zoals een losse keukenkraan, weinig praktische ruimte in de badkamer om spullen op te hangen/ kwijt te kunnen, geen horren voor de ramen.

A lovely and cozy place with a kind and welcoming host. We were provided with a separate bed upon request. The room had everything we needed, along with some welcome fruit and chilled wine, which was perfect in the heat. Great location, too.

"Clean and comfortable stay in a good locality but poor kitchenware."

Very clean, spacious bathroom and nice locality with city centre one way, river walks the other from front door.

We like to cook but no cooking knives, no chopping board, no sieve or colander, no teapot, no grater,, no serving spoons. Kitchen could be much better equipped.
