"Besser bei Borghetto San Biagio buchen. Niemals Zimmer 202."

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, gepflegt und alles liebevoll dekoriert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich.

Die Zimmer in der zweiten Etage sind sehr dunkel. Wir hatten Zimmer 202 bekommen. Nicht nur klein sondern sehr dunkel. Über das ganze Zimmer verläuft die Dachschräge. Nur in Kniehöhe gibt es zwei kleine Fenster. Den beschriebenen Gartenblick kann man kniend genießen. Ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Zimmer war nicht möglich da das Borghetto ausgebucht war. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt dass Gäste die direkt buchen die besseren größeren Zimmer bekommen. Buchungen über Booking. com haben das Nachsehen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist da es keine adäquate Alternative gab. Wir erwarten vom Service Booking.com eine angemessene Entschädigung.

Posizione ottima, a pochi km dalla città struttura immersa nel verde. Camera accogliente, confortevole e pulita, personale cortese, colazione alla carta ottima. Consigliato per un viaggio di lavoro o una vacanza relax.

Un posto bellissimo e molto curato immerso nella natura, vicino al centro di Thiene ma allo stesso tempo abbastanza distante per rilassarsi in piena tranquillità e silenzio . Le ragazze all’accoglienza super gentili . Colazione top 🔝 in ampia sala

Ho avuto difficoltà, alla sera e con il buio, a capire che c’era un secondo parcheggio, leggermente più in basso di quello principale di fronte all’ingresso della struttura (dove infatti c’erano un po di macchine ammassate) . Quindi consiglierei di segnalare ed illuminare meglio il parcheggio più basso

Krappe badkamer onder het dak, voor lange mensen opletten bij opstaan uit bed om je hoofd niet tegen de schuine balken te stoten
