"Nice hotel "

The hotel was very clean and I’m a good locatio. The staff was very helpful but the only two things that let this hotel down is the internet connection and the gym. the internet connection was very poor especially if there on business and I personally don’t think that there should advertise the gym as one of the hotel facility because is not. with only four equipments to use and two of those was faulty and very very old. That’s not a gym

arrival the hotel almost 2am, I booked a business room, hotel staff provide a compliment upgrade to a suit room. The suit room was great setting except i only sleep few hour and check out in the morning.

Was there for 2 weeks. Open room made with no privacy, or solitude. Windows were all opaque so couldn’t see a view. But overall relatively comfortable hotel to stay in.

I WAS NOT GIVEN A MEDICAL ASSISTANCE WHEN I REQUIRED IT VERY URGENTLY .DUE TO THAT I HAD TO FLY BACK TO INDIA AS MY HEALTH STARTED GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE.I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH IN HUMANITY IN MY LIFE .REQUESTING THEM THAT I WANTED SOME DOCTOR PERSONNEL ,THE RECEPTION STAFF STARTED LAUGHING . VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR

"Improvements are possible...."

I would say my room could be better,the ceiling was half painted,so needs to be finished...Also the bar downstairs needs to drop their drink prices ,one small beer bottle around 55 yuan while elsewhere nearbye a 60 yuan for two large beers. Probably why there are not many customers...Also if possible during busy periods at breakfast if the staff could pour some coffees,at tables,while there are large queues for the coffee machines....
