According to busy business area it is good in price

The location is good. The rooms were okay. I wouldn't say it was good or bad. The lady at the reception was very helpful.

The rooms were good but there were cockroaches in all the rooms that I was put in. Since I had booked for the single room, the first room given to me was a double bed room as the single room was not available. The room was in the very corner where the wifi nor the mobile data had a connection. The lady from the reception was very understanding and shifted me to another double bed room. Then in the evening the gentleman at the reception asked me to shift as I had a booking for a single room. After I shifted in that room and came across cockroaches. I informed them and they said that they are going to spray with the cockroach repellent and then I said the whole room is going to smell, so they shifted me again to another single room. After I shifted, I still saw some cockroaches and I was already tired by complaining to them, anyways I had booked just for one night. Just so that you know there is no hot water available in the evenings. Their timing for the hot water is from 6.am to 9.30am (it's not mentioned anywhere in the booking site).Had problems with the food delivery location and rickshaw pickup location.

I liked the way the staff behaved and room service was very comfortable it was very easy to reach the location and rooms were clean and neat

I felt that the room space was little smaller and the major issue I faced was unavailablity of Lift. We came as a family and my mother is arthritis patient she could not climb the staircase to reach 2nd floor. Either they should consider building a lift or else they could accomodate such an elderly people in the ground floor
